Post graduate degree in geophysical engineering (Geophysical Institute, Strasbourg). Forty year professional experience in geophysics (physics of the Earth interior and subsurface prospecting), hydrogeology, reservoir engineering and simulation (groundwater, hydrocarbons, geothermal), log analysis, well testing, monitoring/maintenance of production facilities, feasibility studies of geothermal development project and R&D programme management. Vice President of EGEC (European Geothermal Energy Council). Authored over fifty scientific and technical papers and books/manuals.

 

Reservoir Engineer - Miklos ANTICS (Managing Director): Post graduate in Petroleum Reservoir Engineering, University of Oil and Gas Ploïesti, Romania. PHD in well testing and multiphase flow, University of Ploïesti. Diploma in advanced geothermal engineering technologies, Geothermal Institute, Auckland University, New Zealand. Experienced in well testing, multiphase flow in natural porous media, casings and pipes, and geothermal reservoir simulation. Former technical manager of GPC (France) and Geofluid (Romania). Member of the IGA (International Geothermal Association) Board of Directors and secretary of EGEC (European Geothermal Energy Council). Author/co-author of 35 international papers and manuals.

Process engineer - Sébastien NICOLAON (Manager of GPC IP) : Graduate engineer from Ecole Centrale des Arts et Manufactures of Paris. Specialised in industrial processes and production monitoring expert systems. Fifteen year experience in monitoring, surveillance/maintenance, well services, pumping systems, corrosion/scaling thermochemistry of Geothermal district heating (GDH) doublets in the Paris area. In charge of projects addressing the monitoring of scaling mechanisms on GDH wells and design/evaluation of corrosion/scaling/biocide inhibitor efficiency monitoring protocols.  
 

Reservoir Engineer - Olga BOROZDINA: Graduate engineer from Ecole Nationale de Géologie de Nancy. MBA degree from IPAG Paris. Master degree in Reservoir Engineering (Nancy University). Bachelor degree in Hydrogeology and Engineering Geology (Lomonosov Moscow State University). Modelling of flow and transport in porous media, well test and log interpretation. Geological modelling of geothermal and oil reservoirs. In charge of the Dogger geothermal Data Base.

Operations Manager – Sacha DI CIOLO : Graduate engineer, University of Pisa (Italy). Master degree in computer assisted industrial systems and processes. Dept. of Applied Maths. In charge of GPC IP computer applications and management. Specialised in data base software and numerical analysis of GDH and heat pump projects. Second specialization on geothermal workover supervision and blow-out control at IFP. Second specialization on geothermal workover supervision and blow-out control at IFP.

 

Engineer, electromechanics and well services - Frederic LARDEUX (maintenance supervisor): Superior technical degree in electrical equipments and installation. Frequency converters (Jeumont-Scheineder, Reliance, Centrilift, ABB, Fuji electric, ...) and electrical measurement qualifications. Supervision of surface geothermal installation works (pumps, degassing unit, chemichal injection systems, well head fittings, ...). Fifteen year experience in geothermal well services and surveillance of production facilities.

Chemist – Sophie LONGIN: in charge of geothermal water and gas sampling and anaysis and of the hydrochemistry lab, BA in chemistry, installation in 1994 of the gas and the hydrochemistry lab. Specialised in gas chromatography atomic absorption and analytical chemistry methods. Management of the ordering, storage and delivery of chemical inhibitors and biocides. Thirteen year experience in physico-chemical-microbiological monitoring and analytical data processing of GDH doublets in the Ile-de-France region and selected European sites.

 

 
Reservoir Engineer – Marie-Paule PROMIS  : Graduate engineer from Ecole Nationale Supérieure de Géologie de Nancy. Project engineer in geomodelling and geothermal reservoir simulation studies .

Well Service Operator - Trésor N’KONGOLO : Delivery of corrosion/scaling inhibitors and monitoring/maintenance of chemical injection systems and surface facilities. A graduate engineer in Reservoir Hydrodynamics and Engineering from Ecole Nationale Supérieure de Géologie (ENSG) Nancy - Thomas RATOUIS : is achieving a professional internship with GPC IP staff he joined in July 2011. He has implemented a rockwater thermochemical interaction software simulating the (re)injection of cold brines in both marine and continental sedimentary environments. Thomas is also involved in the design and field supervision of ATES (Aquifer Thermal Energy Storage) projects.
 
Geology engineer - Beril ACIKGOZ : Graduate in engineering geology. Hacettepe University, Ankara, Turkey (2010). Training in reservoir simulation (GPC IP, 2010). Master degree (hydrology, hydrogeology, soils). Orsay University (2011). Presently with GPC IP for a six month “pre doc” research stay on the hydrothermodynamic geothermal reservoir behavior in a fluviodeltaic sedimentary environment (Trias Paris Basin).
